The birth doula package includes the following but may not be limited too with specific consultation(ex. NICU stays):

-There is no specific time to hire birth doula support, however my calendar does have limited availability and the earlier we start working together, the more pregnancy support you can receive.

-We will have a virtual consultation to make sure we are the right fit for each other

-An in person in-take visit

-2 prenatal visits (birth & labor prep education and immediate postpartum prep/planning, etc.)

-Unlimited call/text support

-Custom birth plan

-Access to my extensive professional referral list/childbirth education material/renting materials from my curated pregnancy, birth and postpartum library

-In person labor support at your chosen birthing location (I can offer support within a 1 hour radius of Macomb County)

-Immediate postpartum support for up to 2 hours plus basic feeding help

-1 In-home postpartum visit

Birth Doula Support

Hourly per consultation

The postpartum doula support is recommended to be scheduled for anytime in first 12 weeks after birth (unless other arrangements are needed ex. NICU stays)

-Minimum of 4 hours scheduled per support shift

-Evidence based newborn care (support with feeding, sleep education and basic care)

-Newborn care guidance and support for the family in home

-Maternal postpartum support along with a professional referral list for anything outside of my scope of practice

-Light housekeeping for newborn or caregiver items

-Food preparation for baby and/or caregivers

-Guidance and basic education for newborn feeding of your choice (body or bottle)

Postpartum Doula Support

Full Spectrum Support

$1400

The full spectrum doula support package includes the following but not limited to *with prior notice and specific circumstances:

-$50 savings on my childbirth education group class

-Everything listed in the birth support package

-All of the great support points listed under postpartum support with a minimum of 12 hours of postpartum care

-The minimum of 12 hours of in home postpartum care can be split into 3 or 4 hours shift

How to get started!

  2. Once I receive your contact form I will reach out to you as soon as possible via email with some more info and we can schedule your virtual consultation

  4. After deciding that we are a good fit and have picked a support plan curated for you, we will schedule the in person in-take visit, place deposit and begin support as soon as your are signed.
